Asante Calcium Green - Brightest Ca2+ Indicator
The non-ratiometric Fluo dyes have been very popular for calcium imaging due to their large dynamic range.
Cambridge Bioscience offers Asante Calcium Green from TEFLabs. Asante Calcium Green (ACG) is a non-ratiometric calcium indicator that is much brighter than the Fluo dyes with a very large dynamic range. To date, ACG is the brightest Ca2+ indicator with the highest fluorescent dynamic range. The exceptional brightness and dynamic range of ACG enables it to report both small and large Ca2+ signals with an excellent signal-to-noise ratio.
