ACS' core products are functionally validated cell lines expressing a wide range of G-protein Coupled Receptors (GPCRs), the largest and most widely utilized family of proteins exploited as drug targets. Applied Cell Sciences have developed a wide range of GPCR cell lines and they make these available to for customers to purchase (via a simple and affordable agreement) as well as providing purified membrane preparations from many of these cell lines for use in binding assays.

Applied Cell Sciences' founder (Dr. Jesse Baumgold) was previously the founder of Receptor Biology Inc. a pioneer of this class of products. He and his team bring their many years of experience in cell line generation and validation to ensure that you gain rapid access to highly characterized reliable cell lines to advance your screening activities.
